I was invited by Mary McIntyre  to paticipate in a new short term residency at the University of Ulster as part of the Fine Art MFA program.

“MFA Belfast are starting a new initiative, inviting emerging and recent graduate artists and curators as artist in residence to take up the MFA project space for short term projects. The artists in residence will be given the project/studio space in the MFA program to use to develop new work and to engage and connect with the students on the MFA Course. The duration of each residency will be flexible but generally 3 – 4 weeks. MFA”

I completed my 4 weeks at the beginning of December. Here are some images of the various things I constructed while I was there.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable and productive experience and I’d like to thank Mary McIntyre, Dan Shipsides and all the students who took the effort to chat to me while I was invading their space. Thank you.
